  • Interest rates starting from around 2.5% above Bank base rate/Libor depending on the strength of the business and loan to value.

  • Funding of up to 80% can be arranged on a stand-alone basis  (higher if additional security is provided)

  • Mortgage terms are generally between 10-25 years.

  • Interest only options are available in certain circumstances.

  • All applicant types can be accommodated including individuals, partnerships and Limited companies.

  • Professional practices can be financed to 100% of property value

 

A limited number of non-status options are also available for clients with previous County Court Judgements, defaults, mortgage arrears or where there are no historic trading accounts available.

 

Commercial mortgages can be arranged on a variety of different premises from offices to

industrial units, pubs, restaurants, doctor’s surgeries, retail outlets, care homes and

agricultural units.

For certain lenders, we have influence over the interest rate, which can impact the amount you pay under the agreement. Further details of the commission model, calculation and amount will be disclosed to you throughout your customer journey.
